DISCLAIMER TO THE ORGANIZATION:

 

I declare my voluntary participation in this day and my full capacity to grant the following consent: I declare that from the first moment I circulate on the track at my own risk and responsibility, waiving myself and any other legal representative to exercise any claim for damages or losses , or any criminal or civil action for contractual or non-contractual liability that may take place now or once the activity has finished, against Rocco's Track S.L. or the people who provide their services in the celebration of the event.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE:

 

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this agreement is a waiver of liability for all claims and compensation for Rocco's Track S.L.

or any other person who provides their services in the celebration of the event.

In the event that the pilot is a minor, the signature/DNI of a legal or authorized guardian will be required.
